How it works
Sensors listen for Remote ID and for the radio signature of drones near your site, day and night. Your team is notified the moment one shows up.
When the aircraft broadcasts, we capture the operator’s registration number, the model, and the track it flew over your property.
Every event is written to a log and turned into a report you can print. That document is what supports a complaint to the authorities.

The seal
Properties under an active monitoring agreement carry the Aerial Privacy Monitored seal, renewed every year. It is meant to be displayed, and it says something you can stand behind.
This property has continuous aerial monitoring in place, a written escalation procedure agreed with its security team, and an incident log that can be produced on request. Reviewed and renewed annually by Divexpro.
It does not promise that no drone will ever fly overhead. Nobody can promise that lawfully, and a seal that did would be worthless. It says that if one does, it is detected, identified where it broadcasts, and recorded.

FAQ
Is it legal?
Yes. The system only listens. European rules require most drones to broadcast their identity so that authorities and the public can read it, and that broadcast is what we receive. We never transmit anything at the aircraft and we never interfere with it.
Can you stop the drone, or jam it?
No, and nobody selling you that in Portugal can do it lawfully. Jamming and interception are reserved to the authorities. What we give you is the evidence and a written procedure for what to do next, which is what actually holds up when you file a complaint.
Can you identify who is flying it?
When the aircraft broadcasts its remote identification, yes: we capture the operator’s registration number, the model, the altitude and the track it flew. That registration number is the link to a real person held by the aviation authority.
What if the drone is not broadcasting?
Then we log its presence and direction, but not its identity. This matters and we would rather say it up front: under European rules, drones below 250 g are not required to broadcast remote identification, and a determined operator can switch it off. Those aircraft are detected by their radio signature instead. Anyone who tells you they can always identify every drone is selling you something that does not exist.
What do I actually get after an incident?
A dated report: when the aircraft arrived, how long it stayed, how close it came, how low it flew, and the operator’s registration number when it was broadcast. It prints on one page and is written to be handed to the authorities or to your lawyer.
How far does it reach?
Hundreds of metres, not kilometres. The system protects a perimeter around your property, not a region. Coverage is measured on site before anything is quoted, so you know what you are buying.
Does it record video, or track people?
No. There are no cameras and no microphones. The system reads radio broadcasts sent by aircraft, and nothing else. Your guests, your staff and your neighbours are not monitored in any way.
What’s needed to install?
Power and a network connection, or a mobile gateway where there is none. Sensors are compact and weather-resistant, and on vessels they run from the boat’s own supply.
